Emmet Fox’s Seven Day Mental Diet has been a challenging but rewarding journey in managing my mindset.

The concept of going seven days without entertaining negative thoughts sounded straightforward, but I quickly realized how deeply ingrained negativity can be. I’ve had to restart over and over as I’ve caught myself slipping into worry, self criticism, or rehashing old issues.

Each restart felt like a setback, yet over time, I’ve come to see it as part of the process. The constant practice of catching, releasing, and replacing negative thoughts has strengthened my resilience, helping me focus on small wins and progress rather than perfection.

This journey has shown me that building a positive mindset is less about completing a flawless seven days and more about embracing each day as an opportunity to grow.
