Thank you, Miriam, for sharing your insight. It is something I learned or read about on my journey to heal. It simplifies everything for me and makes it easier to understand situations. The emotion can only be one of the two primary emotions Love which creates or Fear that Destroys. I am choosing to take control through these daily exercises to change myself from the inside, being positive and creating positive new habits.

Thank you Esther, for your support and encouragement. I feel that this course has each person look deep within themselves, acknowledge how they created their life, take responsibility for it now matter what the circumstances and make the necessary changes. All of that takes courage and determination, but the result I am confident of is worth the effort. I’m enjoying the journey even though I have had some resistance. My body is telling me I am changing from the inside out.

Thank you for reading my blog and sharing with me. I actually like this part of the program. I do think it helps me solidify my understanding of the process and chart my growth. It will be fun to look back at the progress over the course of time.
