This week I have started to feel more of the readings starting to seep into my subconcious and affect my thinking. I have noticed my habits that have been keeping me from progressing towards my goals and I am also noticing the feelings connected towards those habits.
I am practicing how I think about certain tasks I need to do in order to be successful that in the past I have been procrastinating or avoiding because of fear or laziness.
Learning to apply different emotions to these tasks and finding ways to get excited over little accomplishments has been really helpful. Also taking continuous action and remaining consistent.
