The massive takeaway I got from this week is when Lori I think mentioned that we must get to know our ‘Future Self’, if your future self is a stranger, then procrastinating is easy, after all why go and put that work in for someone you don’t know?
As my ‘Future Self” and me are becoming more and more familiar I am beginning to understand that this is the most important relationship I can work on. I feel confident to make a pact with him that I won’t break, after all he’s a friend. The man in the glass poem this week links with this.
You have passed your most dangerous test if the man in the glass is your friend. Dale Wimbrow
It’s so important again to get clear on who my future self is and embody his characteristics right now. After all the subby doesn’t do fuzzy. To not be clear, to not know my “Future Self’ is to drift aimless and who knows where you are drifting.
The world will ask you who you are and if you do not know the world will tell you. Carl Jung

Brilliant Janet! I feel the exact same
Being a cat person, I love this photo, and its the first time I have taken note of it. The perfect accompaniment to this topic! I’m excited for the opportunity to create and identify my future self in the coming weeks.
You’re welcome!!
Really helped me see things clearer, Thanks Drew!
Thanks peaches!
When your future self becomes ever present and is no longer a stranger…. that’s priceless!
Really potent realisation Tommy!
Your pact is exciting!
