When life’s flowing smoothly, it’s amazing how easy it feels to get things done. But when things don’t go to plan, that’s when the real work begins! I’m starting to understand that this journey is as much about handling those bumps as it is about following through on goals.
This week, a big question popped up for me: Is what I want what I really want? I’ve been exploring this while working on my Dream Board. Funny enough, I’ve never loved the idea of one—visuals have never felt like the clearest way for me to outline my goals.
But I know that part of this process is about stretching, even (or especially) when I resist. So, I’m tackling this task head-on, keeping in mind that clarity can come from the challenges too.
One thing I’m learning? What’s easy to do is also easy not to do. Staying consistent with the daily work, even the tasks that feel a bit out of my comfort zone, is where the growth happens.
