This week in the Master Key Experience I am learning how to put more of the pieces together. I am creating SMART goals, watching for shapes and colors throughout my day and creating a dream board to help me imprint my desires into my subconscious mind.

SMART goals are helping me to get very specific on what I want. I am learning to label the goals to be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Using this method helps me to map out a plan to get to each of my goals.

I’ve begun using shapes and colors to train my subconscious. Pairing a shape to a specific goal helps to train my subconscious mind with a reminder of the goal it represents. Seeing a particular shape throughout my day helps me to drive the concept deeper into my subconscious mind. It has helped me to be a more active observer of the world around me.

Next is the dream board, a fun, creative project where I am gathering images that reflect my definite major purpose and display them on a poster. Seeing these images every day is powerful. It’s one more way that my subconscious is getting trained to come in line with my goals.

But I think my favorite new task is reading the poem The Gal in the Glass by Dale Wimbrow. I have it taped prominently on my bathroom mirror and each night before I go to bed, I read it out loud as I view my reflection in the mirror. It’s that girl in the mirror that I am accountable to, and I am learning to more deeply love who she is choosing to become.
