Kindness
I am enjoying this week of kindness. I am going to give my mom a thank you card for all of her kindnesses she does for me and my family. I usually give these cards to her for holidays, but it will be nice to give her a random one. I did give her a random one last year because of a gratitude program that I did, she loved it.
I could also give one to my fiance. He also works hard for our family. I was able to help pay for our meal on 1/14/25 for my mom. I try to help pay for our meals whenever I can. I wish I could pay for all of our meals when we go out to eat, someday I will be able to.
Also on this day I didn’t think I was going to come up with very many kindnesses to put on the board, but then I came up with eleven. I can’t think of any ways to do a kind thing and not get caught for it. It is really hard for me to think of ideas. If you could have one person show you kindness from past or present which one would it be?

Alasia, I admire how intentional you’re being with kindness and how you’re discovering more ways to express it than you expected. The thank-you card for your mom is such a thoughtful touch, and it’s beautiful that you want to do more for your family as you’re able. Even just recognizing and appreciating kindness is powerful in itself, and it’s great to see you embracing that mindset.
As for your question, if I could have one person show me kindness, I think I’d choose my younger self… I’d love to go back and remind them to be gentler, more patient, and to trust that everything works out in time.
So happy to hear you are seeing so many kindnesses!! Great job! What we focus on truly does grow
