					<description><![CDATA[Alasia, I admire how intentional you’re being with kindness and how you’re discovering more ways to express it than you expected. The thank-you card for your mom is such a thoughtful touch, and it’s beautiful that you want to do more for your family as you’re able. Even just recognizing and appreciating kindness is powerful in itself, and it’s great to see you embracing that mindset.  

As for your question, if I could have one person show me kindness, I think I’d choose my younger self... I’d love to go back and remind them to be gentler, more patient, and to trust that everything works out in time.]]></description>
