Kindness Experience

Hello hello,

We just completed kindness week and I am definitely kinder as a result.

I must say that the results are not what I expected. What I observed in the beginning was me trying to think of something kind to write down for the assignment as it was a requirement. We had a lot of snow this week so I wasn’t going out as much as I would normally. It seemed that this would be an obstacle. But it wasn’t.

I then started looking for ways I could be kind. Then I started being intentional about being kind. I always considered myself a kind and considerate person but this was different.

I then started experiencing people being kinder to me. Looking me in my eyes and greeting me with a smile. Strangers talking to me just because I was there and giving good energy. It was lovely.

By the end of the week, and this is noteworthy, I went to the supermarket and there was a kindness force-field everywhere I went. I don’t think I ever experienced a visit to the market in such a way. Everyone I encountered looked in my eyes and spoke to me, smiled at me and even laughed with me.

I’m so happy and grateful to have had participated in this Master Key Experience (MKE) exercise because now I know for sure that the inner world creates the outer world. I feel so powerful knowing that in less than a week’s time that I created a totally different reality for myself.

I believe this more now than I ever have before in my life because I experienced it for myself. Focus, observation, action and awareness on a definite purpose with a mastermind can change your entire lived experience.

I couldn’t be more grateful.

Peace and Blessings,
