Noticing Kindness
This week, in the Master Key Experience course, I learned how powerful kindness can be. My goal has been to notice acts of kindness — both things I do and things others do — and to write about two of them each day on the kindness blog. It’s been amazing to see how small, kind actions can make a big difference.
One special moment this week was when I held the door open for someone, and they smiled and said thank you. Another was watching a coworker go out of their way to help someone finish a project. These moments showed me how kindness spreads and makes everyone feel better.
From this week’s reading, I learned how important it is to pay attention to what I let into my mind. What I see, hear, or think about creates a picture in my mind, and that picture shapes what I create in my life.
By choosing to think good thoughts and focus on love, I’m getting closer to my big goals. Being kind and thinking positively is helping me build a better life, connect with others, and stay on track with my dreams.

Great job noticing, Nick!
