I Visualize Myself Having a Major Improvement
At the beginning of this week on Monday afternoon I was called by my Dad´s elderly care home. He had fallen and was in lots of pain and they were calling an ambulance.
A few hours later I was called by my Dad´s traumatologist, he had broken the other hip and I had to go and sign the consent for him to have surgery. Next morning I went to sign the papers, it took me short of 4 hours to get there.
I signed the papers and stayed with my Dad trying to comfort him as much as possible. It is always hard to see him suffering so much and feeling so lost and scared. There were some moments when he seemed to feel somewhat relieved by my comforting him.
I stayed after they performed surgery on him and thus missed the possibility of taking any transportation back home. So I stayed the night with him and heard him being in lots of pain, nightmares and screaming and defending himself like they were trying to kill him when they changed his diapers.
I tried to tell him everything was alright. The next morning, I went back home, I was totally exhausted but recovered faster than before. I did the self-evaluation test and scored 3 points better, not much but still there is some improvement.
The last couple of days I have learnt by heart the affirmation I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy. I find it quite helpful. I love the story in the master key lesson of the young boy getting himself healed through it.
I also like the new scroll in the Greatest Salesman and find it encouraging to not give up and persevere. I am looking forward to seeing the results of the next self-evaluation test, visualizing a major improvement in my score and life and seeing myself writing about it in a blog feeling excited and proud about it.

I hope your dad is better. Something similar happened to me last week. I had to travel to Mexico because my mom is in the hospital. During one of my conversations with her, I taught her the phrase, “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy” and she asked me to write it down for her. Every time I visited her, we repeat it together several times.
