Something similar happened to me last week. I had to travel to Mexico because my mom is in the hospital. During one of my conversations with her, I taught her the phrase, “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy” and she asked me to write it down for her. Every time I visited her, we repeat it together several times.
