Feeling Gratitude and Thankfulness
Week 13 of the Master Key Experience has been both revealing and transformative. One of the most impactful exercises this week involved creating and reviewing index cards to highlight my positive qualities and accomplishments.
As I wrote them down, I realized how much I had underappreciated myself. It’s amazing how we can overlook our own strengths and achievements when we don’t intentionally acknowledge them. Reading these cards regularly is already helping me develop a positivity bias, which I know will strengthen over time.
This week, we also added gratitude cards to the mix. Reflecting on what I’m grateful for has been profoundly eye-opening. It’s easy to take life’s blessings for granted, but this exercise is helping me see just how much I have to be thankful for.
Incorporating gratitude into my daily routine is a practice I plan to carry forward, as it shifts my focus from scarcity to abundance.
With the Christmas season in full swing, I’ve noticed how easy it would be to slack off on my daily disciplines. The festive distractions can tempt me to let my tasks slide, but I’m determined to stay vigilant.
I’ve come too far to lose momentum now. This is a critical stage in the course, and staying consistent with my exercises will ensure I continue to reap the benefits of the progress I’ve made.
By maintaining focus and discipline, I’m setting the foundation for lasting growth and success.

I also thought that was a beneficial exercise.
You sure are setting the foundation for lasting growth and success – well done, Nick!
