I have not much to report on except that I am continuing to do my reading everyday three times per day I really enjoy doing this and especially enjoy reading GS. I wake each day anticipating the various reading material needed to go through and loving it.

I SIT for 30 minutes every day, this is getting easier and easier with each passing day. A bit of a challenge got thrown in with the SIT because now I get to do this without thinking thoughts. I can go a couple of minutes then something will cross my mind and I would wonder ‘is thinking about not thinking considered thinking?’ Hhhhmmmm.

Are we supposed to SIT completely motionless without moving even our eyes? Today I did eye exercises while being completely motionless otherwise and almost no thoughts. My goal is to eliminate the need for wearing glasses, so why not strengthen my eye muscles while working on my mind.

I do still find myself procrastinating in getting some things done so that means I do not always keep my promises, especially to myself. I will get it done in the allotted timeframe, but keep putting it off until the last minute. This is a work in progress for improvement.

I am having a major mental block to blogging. I am thinking that is the reason I have never done one before this. I have never seen the need to express myself to others in this manner. I love my friends and enjoy being around them. That being said, I have never been a very talkative person and blogging equates to a lot of talking to me.

It just seems to me that I could be spending the time doing something else. Maybe this is the MKE way of getting a ‘White’ like me out of my head and interacting more often with others. Who knows what transformations can occur at the end of the six months. I will see how it plays out. Overall I am enjoying the process and I am remaining dedicated to realize my full potential.
