Struggling with my DMP again this week, I came up with a new approach. I admitted to myself that I had no words for my emotions and had no idea how to incorporate ‘feeling’ into my DMP, so I decided to enlist Google’s help which kindly supplied me with what I needed: positive and negative feelings to plug in.

Seems formulaic, right? Well, what happened was when I thought of what brings on all those feelings, it became much easier to write the DMP. I understood better what my bliss is, when I applied those words to my DMP.

Turns out that despite a life lived without having declared my DMP, I am already surrounded by it. The feelings which didn’t register in my conscious mind have been present all along in my subconscious. I have only to be surrounded by nature, doesn’t matter WHERE. It is all a delight to me.

Right or wrong, I am a step closer to what is being asked of me.

This week we were to add relaxation of our muscles to the sit. First it was sitting without moving, then it was blocking thoughts, then relaxation. I was not shocked this week to notice that it was easy to come close to falling asleep, but was surprised to find myself wishing that I could stop breathing because breathing seemed to be breaking the rule against moving.

You can’t relax your diaphragm and continue breathing, plus breathing became so LOUD to the point of breaking the silence.

My subconscious has become so active. I have told it what to do and daily it is surprising me, ALREADY. I don’t know whether I should tamp it down or let it run. Or is it a “she” and not an “it”?

I have also found a slightly higher level of confidence and competence at my normal activities, which is a byproduct and not a conscious intention. I’m pretty sure I like what is going on in my life as I progress through the Master Key Experience. I’m grateful for this program, and the people behind it, as I discover better who I am and begin walking a new way.

The DMP is everything! over the coming weeks I’ll be finding ways to inject more emotion into it also. As I refine it it is starting to resonant more each week! great post Janet
