Wow, I finally figured out what it means to let your light shine. It is through our Solar Plexus. So, I never knew where the “Solar Plexus” is located in our body and how to expand it. Funny thing is that I always thought that it was located some where on top of our head, LOL.

I learned that it sits behind our stomach. I feel like I have discovered a key to unlocking my dreams. Fear is one of the emotions which contracts the Solar Plexus. Where as the opposite emotions such as courage, hope, confidence expands it.

It is in the expanding of our Solar Plexus which shines the light within us. Have no “Fear”, just believe in your dreams. I feel so excited now, and can’t wait to practice staying in positive state with even more conviction.

And I can’t believe I grew up with a similar idea all my life, but paid no attention to it. There is a saying in our Sikh spiritual readings,” Nirbhau” which means “without fear”. Have no Fear of anything or anyone.

From now on every time I feel low emotions or fear, I will be thinking about how it is effecting my Solar Plexus. I can actually envision a light glowing in my Solar Plexus, and waiting for me to expand it. “When fear is destroyed, my light will shine”. Can’t wait until I am yellow mellow all over.
