MKE Week 3 – Feeling the Transformation

minutes remaining

I’m in my third week of the Master Key program, and I’m beginning to gain clarity on what I truly want in life. Time for Transformation. After reflecting deeply, I’ve identified my Personal Pivotal Needs (PPNs) as liberty and autonomy, two values that resonate strongly with me. Incorporating these into my Definite Major Purpose (DMP) has brought more focus and purpose to my journey.

The daily exercises are starting to create noticeable shifts in my mindset. Sitting still for 15 minutes each day, while initially challenging, has become a valuable practice in stillness and self-control.

This time allows me to center myself, clear my thoughts, and visualize the life I’m creating. Additionally, reading the first scroll of The Greatest Salesman in the World three times a day has instilled a new level of discipline and positive reinforcement. The words feel more powerful with each reading like they are planting seeds for my future growth.

Equally important is the process of reading my blueprint every day. This practice helps me stay grounded and reminds me of the person I am becoming. I’ve also started focusing more on what genuinely energizes and excites me. This has been a significant turning point, as it has made me more aware of where my passions lie and how they align with my goals.

I can feel the transformation happening already. The consistent repetition of these habits is gradually reshaping my thinking and actions, guiding me closer to the life of liberty and autonomy that I desire.

  • I too have found amazing shifts in my Mindset which have translated into positive Actions. I am beginning to be clear and I “walk the talk” authentically.

  • Stop reading my mind Nick… What you are experiencing is much like my experience. I actually look forward to the sit now. I couldn’t sit still for 5 minutes when I began. Excellent post! Thank you for sharing.

  • Thank you Nick – your clarity is amazing … and helps me formulate in words the process unfolding in/for me as well. All the best for your ongoing transformation along your journey.

  • What a beautiful and inspiring reflection! It’s clear that you’re truly embracing the transformation process, and it’s wonderful to hear that liberty and autonomy are emerging as guiding forces in your journey. The discipline you’re cultivating through your daily practices, especially the stillness and readings, is laying a solid foundation for lasting change.

I love how you’re noticing those subtle shifts in mindset—each of them is a step closer to the life you’re envisioning. Keep nurturing those passions and staying connected to your purpose. You’re doing amazing work!

  • Thank you Nick for expressing so many thoughts that I have also found empowering.
I also liked what you said about the 15 minutes of SIT time.

“This time allows me to center myself, clear my thoughts, and visualize the life I’m creating.”

    Nicely done!

  • It’s incredible how things start to fall in place once you learn to take charge of your mind!! Well done, keep going!!

  • Nick, a big congrats on doing the daily work! No wonder in just 3 weeks you’re already seeing that “The consistent repetition of these habits is gradually reshaping my thinking and actions.” So many graduates tell us to emphasize to newbies to DO THE WORK in the beginning because it’s so easy not to…yet it’s the key to huge results. Cheering you on!

  • Congratulations, Nick. Steps forward now means leaps forward later. Great job and a great post. Thanks for sharing!
