As I am reading Og Mandino’s book “The Greatest Salesman in the World” three times a day, the following sentence on page 55 is a constant reminder of the importance of my journey to rediscovering my true greatness.
My bad habits must be destroyed and new furrows prepared for good seed.
I continuously remind myself I need to eat better if I want to feel better. Unfortunately my bad habits will creep in when I am rushing due to hunger and do not stop to think about making healthy choices.
I recently had a nice and informative conversation with my doctor and my dietitian. Both shared information on what I need to do to improve my bloodwork results. I recently improved and both encouraged me to keep going.
I have to admit if I meal-planned and stopped stressing about it, I would not let my stomach motivate me to get something fast and unhealthy because I did not want to get out of the car. I can do better.
Through the MKE webinars and Master Mind, I am being empowered to make the changes in my life since I have the absolute choice to do so. After each webinar, I always think of the Parable of the Sower. What am I going to do with the good seed I have been given? It is my choice to lay it on good soil, nurture it, and let it be fruitful.

Yes, I echoed your thoughts as I read them and saw a reflection of myself in the mirror. Your words were spot on! Thank you for putting my feelings into words so well. I look forward to our next revelations.
Thanks for being so candid in your beautiful share, Jennifer. I know what you wrote will help others know they are not alone in the struggle to replace old habits with new ones (new seed). I am going to use your image, which I love: “After each webinar, I always think of the Parable of the Sower. What am I going to do with the good seed I have been given? It is my choice to lay it on good soil, nurture it, and let it be fruitful.” That’s gold! And I’ll be joining you after each webinar seeing that!
Cheering you on!!!!
