MKE Week 3 – The Breakthrough

Guide:

minutes remaining

This week was a breakthrough in my Definite Major Purpose (DMP).

For a long time, I was focusing too much on the “how.” How am I going to make it all happen?

How do I take these ideas and turn them into reality?

The more I focused on the how, the more questions and doubts seemed to pile up. The “how” can be a relentless trickster, always making you question whether you’re doing enough, or if you’re even capable at all.

But this week, I dropped into what I want to create. Just that.

I let go of needing to know every detail of the path and instead zeroed in on the vision itself, the things I want to manifest, the experiences I want to live. And something shifted. It felt lighter, clearer, more real.

I’ve been grateful to create and manifest so many amazing things in my life, and this week I was reminded that it didn’t happen because I knew every step of the way beforehand.

It happened because I had a vision, a deep desire, and I moved towards it without getting lost in the details.

The Sun Within

Another powerful connection I made this week was with the Solar Plexus and its teachings from ancient yoga and fire practices. We are channeling machines, capable of bringing our visions into reality when we are in alignment mentally, physically, and spiritually.

This quote really hit home for me: “The Solar Plexus has been likened to the sun of the body, because it is a central point of distribution for the energy which the body is constantly generating. This energy is very real energy, and this sun is a very real sun, and the energy is being distributed by very real nerves to all parts of the body, and is thrown off in an atmosphere which envelops the body.”

It’s a reminder that the energy we need is already within us.

The Solar Plexus is our power center, the internal sun that fuels everything we do. When we align ourselves, when we become clear on our purpose and cultivate our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, we tap into that endless source of energy. We become a channel for our visions to take form.

Letting Go of the “How”

The biggest takeaway this week is that we already have everything we need within us.

We waste so much energy trying to figure out every little detail of how we’re going to make something happen. But the truth is, the “how” isn’t as important as we think.

What really matters is the vision, what you want to create in this game of life.

When you focus on what you want to create, you allow space for the “how” to reveal itself naturally. You start acting in alignment with your desires, and the path forward becomes clearer, step by step.

The game of life is not about knowing every move in advance, it’s about playing fully, trusting yourself, and letting your inner sun shine.
