I am delighted to have the privilege of being with my daughter, her husband and their brand new baby for 2 weeks. It is an absolute joy to see new life. Lots of cuddles and bouncing.
It was part of my DMP to embrace this new life and to be a part of her life. Time is a concept that no longer applies. Babies don’t wait and don’t follow a clock or a calendar, so my personal schedule and needs no longer apply. It has made it difficult to stay on top of all of the assignments.
Our family heritage includes classical music, and we decided to start the search for a small violin. Her great grandmother taught violin and at one time there were about 30 violins of all sizes in their home.
We visited a master luthier in their city and had an amazing conversation about his art. He is about to retire at age 80, with no real artisans to take his place. He spoke of his whole life being in the shop – the smell of the instruments, the feel of the wood in his hands, the music that they make.
He had an impressive collection of classical music recordings. And deep, thoughtful eyes. He exuded the peaceful presence of a spiritual artist. It was a gift to meet him before he closes shop.
What impressed me was how he talked about his five senses in his love of his art. He was clearly living his dream and his love. Exactly as we are being taught in the master key. He was one and the same as his dream and his passion. You could feel it in the shop.
Time with a newborn is the same – there really is no clock. It is one of the few times in life where you have to simply be present to their needs. Personal agendas are set aside.
It is a gift in so many ways – the gift of serving your family, the gift of getting to know someone who just dropped in, the gift of experiencing love in an open, non-expectant way.
The Master Key Experience is a similar kind of alternate reality. Envisioning something that we are bringing to existence, is like imprinting our dream on the reality that we no longer choose. If what you seek then seeks you, the Master Key is imprinting a new reality for each of us.
