The Key to Mastery & Manifestation

Master Key Week 12 is all about Mastery with key points to consider. The Law of Practice and the Law of Growth.

The law of practice states – practice makes perfect. The 5Ps – perfect practice prevents poor performance. Our bewilderment of magnificence in others, upon further inspection, finds…… as Wooden shares “you’ll find most of it is practice, the rest of it is work”. With practice of the correct things, we improve – on the other 6 Laws of the Mind.

The other significant law is the Law of Growth. Whatever we think about grows. What we forget atrophies.

In week 12 on Tuesday, I visited Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning (F.E.E.L) Therapy Center with it’s founder Andre and two of my Master Key Experience (MKE) Mastermind Alliance partners Maria and Jonathan.

Let me explain my experience and how it fits perfectly with our work with MKE.

F.E.E.L therapy is all about merging your heart with the heart of the horse and becoming one. The horse mirrors to you what you need to know, that is buried within. When you merge heart to heart and express yourself in the form of a prayer, statement, or goal, the horse then reflects back to you what you need to know.

The horse also helps to clear or remove the stuck energy that is holding you back. They are prey animals and therefore have very keen senses for their survival, but they are highly evolved spiritual beings who live in the moment.

They can sense emotions that we carry at the subconscious mind, so deep we ourselves may not realize we are carrying these emotions or energies. This is what MKE students know as our resistance or blocks to living the life we have always dreamt of living.

So, I had two sessions in the round pen. First Ruby a beautiful female horse that I met in the barn while visiting all the other horses but specifically Braveheart. I was standing in front of Braveheart sensing his energy and connecting with him when Ruby started nudging me from behind.

She was saying hello to me with a curious joyful spirit. I had a little chuckle and turned to connect with her briefly. Ruby is a new addition to Andre’s herd, and she had an uplifting spirit about her.

I decided to focus on my DMP and ask Ruby to assist me to clear any blockages, emotions or beliefs I had to living my hearts desire – dreams that I had focused on with my DMP for the past 11 plus weeks.

So, we approached the round pen, with Ruby entering the pen and me standing outside the pen but closing my eyes, connecting to Ruby, heart to heart and voicing my prayers out loud.

Immediately I felt this majestic being connected to my heart, instantly I was overwhelmed with emotions as I began to cry gently.

With my eyes closed I could feel and know she had moved to the northeast quadrant of the pen and laid down rolled over to let me know I was safe to be vulnerable and to allow myself to be vulnerable to let go of those pent-up emotions that were holding me back from living my dreams.

After a few minutes outside the pen, I opened the gate and went into the round pen. I proceeded to go to the center of the ring, open my heart as wide as possible to sense, feel and merge with Ruby. The more open you are with the horse the more easily they can help you and the more magical your experience is.

The entire time with Ruby was very intimate where she could feel me and let me know I was safe and that she was there to help me let go of all the pain, shame, feelings of unworthiness that was buried so deeply I was disconnected from my self. The tears rolled down my cheeks as she was in constant communication with me.

With my eyes closed I could feel her approach me. I was speaking in light language and allowing the energies to be in constant flow, it was a dance of energy with the divine feminine assisting me to let go of everything that no longer served me but was preventing me from living my life in a state of joy, as this had been part of my prayers for years.

I was in the center of the pen when Ruby approached me, and I could feel her working to clear all my chakra’s. I could feel my crown chakra, third eye, my heart chakra of course from the moment I connect with Ruby.

My heart chakra from the back was expanding as she worked with me to allow myself to feel the energy coming through my back and out of me through my heart at my chest area. I was being told I was loved, and it was safe for me to be open to receive unconditional divine love. That I was worthy to receive such unconditional love.

I was filled with emotion, all the while my energy field was expanding.

Later Ruby continued to use her breath to breathe on me to clear the solar plexus, then down to the sacral chakra. She spent an extended time on my sacral chakra for good reason.

With having 5 c-sections and a history of abuse there needed to be a lot of clearing and healing to occur in the sacral chakra which is also our creative center. If I truly wanted to heal and create my hearts desire, then I surely needed to clear this chakra.

No, this isn’t the first time I’ve worked on this but with all of the exercise with MKE, I felt that I was impressing onto my subconscious mind or drilling down new thoughts and programs to my subconscious mind. This in turn was forcing a lot of stuck garbage, energies, crap which needed to come to the surface and be released, and in fact it was released.

There are many ways the horses do this. They can use their breath and breathe on you in the area that needs to be cleared, they can move their body, by walking to move energy, they can lick and chew or yawn to move energy or they can relieve either their bladder or bowels.

Ruby used several of these methods to move energies from me and I could feel and know what she was doing as she was doing it. It was a huge release for me, and I felt very grateful for her help.

To help me find me, the little girl that was buried not ever feeling safe in this world but never expressing that fear. Always being courageous, strong, never showing my vulnerability because growing up as a child it wasn’t safe to do so.

It is like years of therapy in a short time in the pen with Ruby. I felt absolute admiration for Ruby’s willingness to help me and in actual fact her persistence with me. She willingly volunteered to help me in such a profound way. I felt her deep love and the presence of the divine the entire time I was with her.

I had experienced in a short session with Ruby the key to manifestation. I experienced or had the knowledge of my own power. What a feeling, what an experience. She had helped me reconnect with that part of me.

Second, I had the strength, determination and courage to seek my hearts desire, knowing now the key to creating my dreams. Having the mental clarity to my hearts desire (Definite Major Purpose) and full of enthusiasm, positive emotion which reduces the need for courage.

Please understand that it takes courage to do any of this deep work, and I was determined to change my life and help others on their journey.

Third, faith. Through mental practice and all the exercises to date with positive habits diminishes amount of faith needed to create your hearts desire, although I have ample faith.

I believe it was through faith that I survived such a difficult childhood and had profound spiritual experience as a child through prayer, where there was divine intervention in my life as a 5-year-old child. That is a whole story unto itself.

My time with Ruby although brief, it was like years’ worth of therapy work which has had a profound impact on me and my life.

So, the horse therapy coupled with 12 weeks of MKE working diligently daily on all the exercises, doing my spiritual practice daily for decades came to a pinnacle with Ruby & later Braveheart working with me to find the golden Buddha within.

What an exhilarating feeling. Not to mention having my DMP catapulted into manifestation immediately, even before I left Andre’s that day. It was WoW, WoW and more WoW!

F.E.E.L. therapy has been part of my DMP from the very beginning of MKE for me. I have known for many years that the horses would be part of the healing centers I wanted to create for trauma patients and have this work available to the world, to make it more accessible, and affordable.

I’ve been living this dream for several decades but through MKE and my work with the horses has assisted me to have it finally come into reality. Not just a dream but something very tangible which is a dream come true.

It is about my journey to heal within and light the way for others especially for those that have suffered childhood abuse, mental abuse or have had physical trauma.
