Live Each Day
My consistency has faltered frequently this week. I find that putting myself first has been a boulder that I am pushing slowly out of my way.
I know that it is paramount that I do the steps to get me to my goals. I am remaining calmer and I am more and more observant to my thought the longer I do these practices.
I persist until I succeed and promise to myself that I never quit and love myself every day even when I falter.

Heather, your honesty is so relatable. Pushing that boulder—prioritizing yourself—can feel like an uphill battle, but the fact that you’re aware of it means you’re already making progress. The calmness and self-awareness you’re gaining are proof that the steps you’re taking are working. Keep showing up for yourself… you deserve it!
