Conscious mind is reasoning will. Subconscious mind is instinctive, the result of past reasoning will. – The Master Key Experience, Week 2, #15, Charles Haanel
This quote from Haanel has really stuck with me this week. It’s a reminder that the subconscious mind, or “subby,” is shaped by our past thoughts and decisions. Repeat something often enough and it becomes ingrained—it becomes a habit. That’s exactly what I’m working on right now.
Getting up at 5 a.m. every day? Definitely not comfortable. But it’s been the best way to start my day with purpose. The repeated readings and exercises have given me the space to work on myself. While there’s no obvious change on the outside yet, I can feel my inner world starting to absorb the material, little by little.
Do I still find myself wanting to skip it sometimes? Absolutely! But am I committed to this process? Absolutely! This is the most important work I’ve ever done, and even though the changes are subtle, I know something is happening beneath the surface.
The support from the tribe makes it even better. There’s something about knowing I’m not in this alone. Even though I don’t know everyone personally, being part of this collective journey keeps me accountable and makes me feel more connected. It’s like we’re all moving forward together, each step building momentum.
I’m excited to see where this will take me, and I know the changes I’m working toward are just beginning.

Tina, yes, this journey is so precious for each one of us and we are in this together for sure. Looking forward to seeing how you evolve and progress each week!
