minutes remaining

I started the first week of the MKE thinking that I would not be able to fit it in with everything else that I am doing. I also did not think that I would be able to do my SIT for 15 minutes because I am always moving and feel I have too many things on my plate to add something else to it.

This is week two and I have incrementally added minutes to my SIT. Today is Thursday and I am able to be still for 30 minutes. I did start getting fidgety towards the last five minutes, but I kept reminding myself that if I cannot control my body how will I be able to control my subconscious mind. That gave me the impetus to ignore my body’s urge to move out of my still position and push through until the alarm went off.

I got thrown off my schedule that I set for myself to get my blog uploaded no later than Wednesday because of Hurricane Milton that ripped across Florida, where I am in the Central part of the State. Preparing for it by protecting important paperwork and packing food and essentials and moving to safe ground on Monday and Tuesday.

Experiencing its intensity on Wednesday and now dealing with its aftermath with no electricity, internet or cell service. I am grateful and thankful that I, along with my friends and loved ones, made it safely through. My heart goes out to those that are grappling with the devastation they are now going through. There are many things that are outside of our control, most of all Mother Nature.

That made me realize that perhaps if I complete all assignments regarding MKE right after the webinar (or any other project for that matter), then maybe I would not have to worry about actions that present themselves that may side track me from what needs to be done. I tend to put things off if I am unsure of how to proceed. If there is a deadline, that is when my brain opens up and I am able to think and apply the solution.

For me the Master Key Experience is all about gaining control of my ‘gatekeeper’ mind so that I can give proper guidance to my subconscious mind. My goal is to discover how to retrain my mind so that my subconscious mind can present the answer from the very beginning so there is no delay until the last minute to put into place what is needed.
