My name is Jim Rolston, and I have identified personal priorities centered around true health and autonomy. I am particularly focused on my health due to my age and the excess weight that I am currently carrying, which is a source of concern for me.
I am actively monitoring my consumption of sugary foods and have made a commitment to regular exercise. Recently, I completed a six-week course in Muay Thai and plan to resume my training in December following a three-week holiday at my residence in Yuma, Arizona.
During this time, I will have access to an exercise room, a pool, and a jacuzzi, which will allow me to engage in a more rigorous exercise regimen before returning to my home and work on the Canadian west coast for the month of December.
My Colour Code is Red, signifying my ability to accomplish tasks when I am focused. Individuals identified as Reds hold themselves to high standards and expect exceptional performance. They are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to achieving results.
In a team setting, particularly in sports, joining the Red team is advantageous, as they are driven by a desire to win and exhibit a high level of competitiveness. Reds consistently show up and take ownership of their responsibilities. Their determination is notable; they do not easily concede defeat.
A Red will not only reach the finish line but will also strive to ensure that others succeed alongside them. When questioned about their capability to perform a task, a Red will confidently affirm their ability, and if they lack knowledge, they will seek out the necessary information to learn and execute the task effectively.
Reds are proactive individuals who instigate action and, as a result, radiate confidence. The drawbacks of being a red primarily pertain to their self-perception. Reds possess a strong conviction in their correctness, and often, they are indeed accurate. If one finds themselves in disagreement with a red, it is likely that they are mistaken.
Reds enjoy engaging in debates, yet it is important not to take their arguments personally. They relish the competitive nature of discussions and hold a certain respect for those who challenge them. Although reds may express themselves in a manner that appears blunt, their intention is not to offend.
It is advisable not to take their words to heart, as doing so may obscure the underlying value of their message. People appreciate reds for their leadership qualities and their ability to accomplish tasks. Assertive by nature, reds articulate their thoughts clearly, leaving no ambiguity about their opinions. You’ll never wonder what a red is thinking.
Many individuals express dissatisfaction with those characterized as “reds.” Their displeasure often arises when reds exhibit selfishness at the expense of others. Additionally, rudeness displayed by reds is frequently met with disapproval, particularly when they prioritize their own time over that of others. It is essential for reds to cultivate a more humble demeanor, as they may inadvertently come across as condescending due to their perceived intelligence.
While interactions with reds can be challenging, forming a deeper understanding of them can lead to strong friendships. The transformation lies not within the reds themselves, but rather in the perspective of others. As individuals begin to appreciate the positive attributes of reds, these individuals will reciprocate by valuing and respecting them more, recognizing their ability to communicate effectively in both their own language and that of the reds.
