Week 2 experiences in the Master Key Master mind.

Hello, hello. First, I must show my gratitude for the experience. I am much happier and tolerant now knowing these practices and principles. I’m a reader now. I was always more of an audio book person but now I’m compelled to do my reading even if I get tired.

I literally take all my information with me when I go to work so that I can take advantage of any down time I may have. Prior to this I would watch YouTube videos or listen to music. Now because I’m made aware of what I want to achieve, everyday I’m called to complete these actions.

This past Monday at work I didn’t have very many clients, so I proceeded to the parking lot and surpassed the 10000 steps that I required of myself. I almost felt self-conscious, but my mission was clear even if it wasn’t to onlookers.

The reading is easier to get through, but I do still feel resistance especially on the days where my rest is interrupted. I understand that I must now master my nightly routine. Some days are better than others for sure.

I had a little trouble with the PPNs this week. I had to go back to the replay to understand what I was choosing and why. Initially I chose Spiritual Growth and Helping Others. And I sat with that for about a day or so and came to realize that the self I wish to move forward with needs Autonomy and Recognition for Creative Expression.

My autonomy lends itself to my creative expression. Working for a corporation has hindered me repeatedly and I’m quite tired of it because this is my work. And as a 10+ year veteran in my field I loathe being told how to do something that I’ve mastered by someone who doesn’t do what I do.

I don’t want to be told when I can come and go and mostly, I don’t want to wonder about the security of my employment if I disagree with their methods. Recognition for Creative Expression is how I choose to move forward because I have practiced my skill set for years and I’m told by clients that they prefer my methods but again because it’s corporate, my expression will never be valued.

My goal is to remove myself from this oppressive environment by the end of this year. I have a practical interview scheduled for next Thursday for another company where I will be able to practice different facets of my skill set with the goal of mastery. Wish me luck.

I want my life to be characterized by being happy, at peace, love, abundance, prosperity, meaning and purpose. I heard this on a podcast this week and was compelled to write it down as it spoke to me.

This is exactly why I am committed to this process. My gratitude has brought me to tears on more than one occasion this week. It’s because my belief in myself is also growing. I am more aware of myself than I have been in a long time, and I will live a life characterized by all that I have stated.
