Realizing that I am working with adults has been a wonderful, eye-opening experience. We actually use an educated adult vocabulary. More cerebral than other courses – regardless of topic – that I have been in. PARADIGM SHIFT!! (you may dance in celebration now)

Getting used to doing the exercises 3 times per day has been a challenge for me. I am getting better at it. It is work. Fulfilling work. I am determined to move forward. I AM moving forward.

My daily attitude is getting more positive, and I find myself walking away from negativity (which I honestly have been doing for quite a long time now). It has been interesting to see that – although I am a naturally positive person – I am becoming more and more positive about the things that are making a difference in my life.

One of my best friends is taking this along with me. At her suggestion, we are being accountability partners, which really helps! Being able to discuss the course with someone that truly understands what I’m talking about is priceless. Doing this along with someone important in my life is such a bonus! Watching her grow helps me grow. And she is killin’ it!!!

I do have to go back and re-listen to parts, as this is “deep” and it takes me more than one time to “get” it. It helps me to listen with my eyes closed.

There is so much information that I am finding this takes much longer than I thought it would. So now I am balancing my time working on my business to be able to spend the hours needed to do the Master Key Experience (MKE).

So far, I am much more productive than usual. I can feel the difference in my attitude and enTHUsiasm.

Do it now. Do it now. Do it now. Do it now …

  • Julie, it is a big shift to be doing things you have not done before several times a day. It gets easier the more you do it. The hardest part is just remembering to do them. After awhile you will find ncie routine that will work for you. Seeing more positive thoughts already makes it a little easier. Better things are coming your way.
