I am not going to lie; I thought it be a lot easier to break these unhealthy habits that I have acquired over the years. The first step is admitting and acknowledging my unhealthy habits, so I replace these unhealthy habits with good habits.
As I have learned though reading Scroll 1 from The Greatest Salesman in The World. As indicated in the book, nature’s laws that only a habit can be broken by replacing that bad habit with a good habit.
I was ashamed to admit these unhealthy habits, but I need to be truthful to myself and acknowledge these unhealthy habits, so I can break free from them. It has been a struggle these past 2 weeks trying to break free of one specific unhealthy habit.
I want with all the strength and courage to break this unhealthy habit and replace it with a good habit. I have come to the realization today that I need and must break free from this unhealthy habit, so I can grow and be successful as a person and be the person I was attended to be and found my true calling and share that with the world.
I know now I must discipline myself and follow the road map in scroll one and what Master Key Experience (MKE) is teaching us to break free of these unhealthy habits and how we are reprogramming our subconscious mind. Sometimes I can be stubborn and let my EGO get the best of me. I realize now that there is nothing wrong with asking for help and applying what I am learning from this program.

Gerardo, you so powerfully describe the struggle of replacing a deep-rooted habit with a better one! Thanks for bringing it out into the open so others know they are not alone in this. It’s so good that you quote Og’s guidance, “only a habit can be broken by replacing that bad habit with a good habit,” and acknowledge what you’re learning of the MKE wisdom. Don’t you love that as you CELEBRATE with emotion whenever you perform the good habit, the better habit roots and flourishes? Cheering you on!
