Week 1, I started the Master Key of Excellence course mid-week. I watched the video for week 1 and it helped me navigate to the member’s area to all the reading materials and assignments. I felt a little overwhelmed with all the reading materials and assignments to submit in the week, so I kind of rushed to get it all done by the deadline. I also focused on making sure I get all the supplies for this course such as 3 ring binders, index cards, and The Greatest Salesman in the World book.
Week 2, I am starting to learn new habits in doing the reading materials, writing DMP, and becoming more organized. I still get “writers block” for my DMP and keeping track on everything, but I am working on that. Sometimes I doubt myself whenever I start something new but ready to get over the hurdles of self-doubt. I am interested in learning new habits and replacing old negative thoughts with more positive ones.



Pat yourself on the back for taking this big step towards self care and learning how to operate this magnificent machinery you have been given. Try not to stress or beat yourself up.. this is not about perfection it’s about the journey. If you don’t do something perfect the great thing is you can do it again. For your DMP just sit with it for a while and write whatever comes even if it seems silly or wrong. If you keep writing down what you think you want eventually something will spark within you. 🙏❤️
