Week 2 – Subbie Wins
Ever try to get up in the morning and think you are going to change your routine. You will pour your coffee and read your devotional first. Well, I find that I am putting the clean dishes away or cleaning off the counters.
If I am thinking about a problem from the day before I find myself reaching for the chocolate and eating a few pieces before I catch myself.

The habit of sitting and securing control of the physical body is very hard. I will try every day to sit in silence and entertain only the thoughts I desire. I am seeing the Law of Substitution and The Law of Attraction come into play.
Day by day I break off a little cement to expose a new life.
