The second week’s sit is a great challenge.
How did I end up with such a chattering mind?
It would be nice to have a spam filter on the mind.
Well, it is not possible, so practice is the way to go.
One way to shut up the mind for a little while. is to ask.
“What is my next thought”?
Concentrating on the sound of my breathing helps some.
More practice is required and the way to go is.

Even small moments of the sit help me to progress.



Fantastic reflection Bernhard!!! The sit, when continued, really makes us wonder how it ever got so noisy in the first place? Great focus on the do it now, do it now.
Boy, you got that right! Try to sit still and not think. You realize your mind talks a lot, sometimes on stuff that doesn’t matter. It is a challenge to quiet your mind and not think, just relax, it is also empowering to know we can do it with practice!
