Week two went by fast for me. I was just trying to catch up to the demands of the course. I realized that I had to start making some changes and I felt a lot of internal resistance to it.
This is when I appreciated and understood the value of our coaches. I am grateful that Laura was there to guide me. Things seemed larger than they were…
We all share the same 168 hours, and how we perceive that passage of time is more of a reflection of our inner self than the result of external events.
I am looking forward to incorporating the OATS structure into my weekly planning.
I am beginning to understand the importance of having a bridge blueprint in the form of my DMP and how I have been living and limiting my life by looking at methods to determine my intention.
It sounds like Week Two was a big turning point for you! Recognizing that internal resistance is natural, and having my guidance helping you see things from a new perspective, which is invaluable! (and much appreciated I can be of service!). Understanding the shared nature of time and how our perception shapes it is a profound insight; it’s a reminder that intentional planning, like the OATS structure, can make all the difference. Your DMP as a bridge blueprint is already bringing more clarity and intention into your life— let’s keep building on this foundation!
Wonderful, Nizar. We look forward to your growth here.
