One thing I love about Master Keys is how we focus so much on the subconscious mind and Subby. I’ve been in many different coaching programs, sales training, and business growth seminars, and no one has addressed the subconscious mind nor begun to help re-program that part of our brain.

That’s what makes MKE stand out and enables members the freedom to make honest changes in their lives.

Chapter 2, Paragraph 15 of Haanel talks about the conscious mind being our reasoning and will and our subconscious mind being our instinctive desire. Our subconscious mind is 90% of our brain. The conscious mind is only 10%.

Yet, in chapter 16, he clearly defines the conscious mind as “the Watchman at the Gate.” It is the conscious mind’s role to direct, steer, and guard it from going down the wrong path.

The power of the conscious choice is our gift from our Creator. I will confess I have lived more years not even recognizing the gift. And even after cognitive understanding, it takes conscious effort to make changes. At my age, I have a lot of cement.

Thankfully, I am learning. I am patient and kind to myself. I give myself grace, and my life keeps blessing me despite my mistakes.

Looking forward to this new year with MKE. The fact that I am doing this blog is a reason to celebrate!

At first, when we put “I always keep my promises” at the end of everything we wrote, goals, etc. I thought it was a great idea but did not quite understand the impact it was making on me.

Over the last 2 years, I have found myself going out of my way to keep even little tiny promises I have made. Something I would have never done before.

Re-programming our subconscious mind really does work. Conscious mini-choices daily. Thank you, Mark and Davene, for creating the Master Key Experience for us! That we will be ahead tomorrow for the thought implanted in us today!

Meet Terri Brewer

God created our body to heal if we give it what it needs. I love helping people change the trajectory of their health by educating and changing simple health habits. A mother of 4 and grandmother of 6, I love running, gardening, and living at the edges of my comfort zone, continuously reaching beyond what I thought possible.
