I needed to purchase smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors for a while. A friend shared a program that installs smoke alarms them for free. I am grateful to have gotten them installed today. Another friend called me to let me know she had them installed today also based on what I shared on social media. One service shared kindness to many homes with fire safety protection.

I met a few former co-workers for lunch. We got together since one came in from out of town. The person who got us together told them they were getting together with two others. I know he was surprised when about ten or more showed up also. The bill was split so we can treat the one we came to see. He insisted on contributing but we would not let him.

I notice my sheep Maggie helps me every time I go out to feed them. Believe it or not, I say to her, “Maggie, takes the boys around”, and she goes around to the back of our little barn. Then I tell the 3 Babydoll boys to “go with Maggie”, and they do! If Maggie didn’t do that consistently for me, I don’t know how I would manage to feed the six of them with the attention I can give them when she helps me like this.
